also that way you can close it and it doesnt go flat.. ill usually carry in a mountian dew or two if i dont have a gaterade

If it is really hot then I will carry a pint of water and a different 20 oz bottle, and a gatorade to keep electrolytes in me. I really like carrying a gallon of water with me everywhere, cheaper than a 20 oz or pint and same taste

I always take water in my camelback regardless of what i'm doing or the temp. I've learned that it don't matter if it's cold you still sweat and need water even though you might think you're not sweating. Of course a beer when i'm done at home.
