it has been easyer then i thought. i still get the cheese burger cravings
I eat the same time everyday breakfest within a hour of getting up lunch between 12 and 1 normaly right at noon. then dinner around 5.
If i am got i do not eat unless it is dinner time. Like the other day i got a sub from subway on the way home. It was 4.30 i waited untill i got home and ate at 5.
It is easy for me now to eat 1500 cals. then it was when i ate 2500 the last time i was on a diet. And that was normaly pork lion or chicken leg quarter and broccile and corn.

Congrats bigtim! Keep up the good work. I started my weight loss program back on April 1st and have lost 49lbs so far. I don't know how you can handle only 1500 cal per day. My diet is set at 2400 cal and that is tough enough! I lost the first 27lbs just by changing my eating habits and controlling portions. About 7 weeks ago I bought an elliptical machine and have stuck with it. I could only do 10 minutes per day 3 days per week. Now I'm up to 45min per day every day.

doing great buddy and a lil helpul insight watch your MG of sodium per day, has a big impact on weight loss, I was 230 3months ago and now sit at 198 which is where I wanted to be
