I managedat severalhealth clubs here in Columbia for a little over 4 years, so I've had the fortune to work w/ some great trainers and would be more than happy to share what I've learned w/ you. Better yet, I can get you on the phone w/ a phenomenal personal trainer to help you set realistic goals and create a game plan for achieving them.

Dude, you're looking at a MAJOR lifestyle change. Have your doctor refer you to a dietary specialist. Your life probably depends on it.
Your body is having to work SO HARD to carry that weight. You're doing damage, every day. Being young.....you can still turn this around.....but you need some professional help to do so.
I wish you luck, but this is bigger than watching what you eat (on your own) and walking the block a time or two a week.
Go see your doctor. Tell him you want to be healthy. If your current doctor has never said to you....."You need to change....or you WILL (youARE)cut years off your life".....then I'd find another doctor.

i have heard the four to five small meals thing though not surewhat i eat for a meal you would cal moderate.

Sounds like you have the heart to do this, and i got faith in ya cut out the sweets and eat good nutricious meals. One of the best ways to keep weight off is to put on some muscle. Muscle will burn the calories for you. Good luck and keep after it

Good Luck Bud!! It's a battle I don't have to fight so I can't say I understand but I do know you can add some length and quality to your life by losing some weight.
I know how hard it has been for me to quits smoking for good. It sounds so easy until you try to do it.
Food, butts, booze, and whatever, we all have some sort of battle to fight.

I don't know if you have ever watched the biggest loser or not, but they lose 10 -18 pounds a week when the first start out. Stay with it and remember, you have a huge support group right here to help.

Hey we are all here for you man. The best thing you can do is have a good support group around you. If we can do anything for you, just let us know. Loosing weight is tuff. You may want to check out what you really should be eating calorie wise. At that amount of calories your only going to yo-yo. It maybe not enough to really do wht you need. And setting youself up to fail. Going to see a nutritionist really would be one of the best things you could do rightnow. It would be money well spent. Goodluck

i have a doctors appt. tomorrow to see what he says and figure out what or what not i should be eatting
