If it helps...
One thing I do and one I'm going to do.
The rope I use to haul up my bow already has a loop big enough to go over the top limb and cam. I feed the loop under the cam through the area between the string and limb and slip it over the cam and limb. The bow is now redy to be pulled up. Once the bow is up I lift off the loop and the bow is free. Simple and easy with no knots to tie or un-tie. It's easy quick and quiet.
The second I'm going to do. Take a rope long enough to go around a tree, fold it in half. Stick the loop through the loop on your back pack and feed the ends of the rope through the loop of the rope. When the pack is pulled up you already have a ready rope to tie it off to the tree. Don't know why it took me so long to think of it.
