Default Got'er Dun

Went out with the stick and string today for about 2 hrs. The first hr was terrible! First, I was shooting low and right, so I was adjusting the sight, when I noticed I unscrewed it too far and the whole sh-bang fell off! After getting that back together, and making my adjustments, I was shooting like a first timer!!! My shots were kills, but all over the place!!

I backed off for a minute, and played with my son, showing him the basics on the bow(he is only 3, but there is never "too" young to get them interested), and then went back at it.

After the little break, it was like butter!

Here is the setup:

Bowtech TomKat
Terminator Lite Express Wieght Forward Arrows
100 GR. Muzzy Field Points and 3 Blade BH

And here is the after effect.....after the first terrible hour!

I was starting to nick my fletchings(I shoot feathers) and was ruining some of them, so i decided to pick different shots other then sticking them all in one hole. The heart shot was at 25 yds, the liver shot was at 35 yds and the lung shot was at 45 yds. Not too bad, if I dont say so!

I shot between 10-11 times, around 33 arrows, and had maybe three stray shots, I was on today! Hope it can go that well on opening morning!
