So, when the 60 yr old farmer, who has been busting his ass to make a living the past 40 years, wants to cash in on his land and sell it to developers, so that him and his family can retire and do the things he hasn't done for 40 years, we should tell him, NO, don't sell your land for millions? You should just let it remain rural so that people that won't give you a dime can enjoy looking at it. Better yet, maybe all you folks that decry these awful developments can give this farmer the money(millions) for his land and then just let it sit, maybe hunt on it a little but,hey, don't allow any trespassers .

But look at theincredible funnels in between the development, sometimes you have to squeeze the lemon before the lemonade will flow...
