BUT if someone truely has put in their time looking and done as much as they can do but still cannot find their deer, then I see no problem bringing it on here and asking for advice publicy from everyone.
Advice about what? How to live with it?

I can Council for a small fee per Hour....[8D]

I agree with Matt. Although, people can't blow off work the next day to look for a deer. If you say then don't hunt, well that would be about 97% of us on here. No one goes into the woods thinking they will make a bad shot, they happen. It happened to me last yr and I got ripped before I ever even looked for it...I came home to get some advice on how long to wait and mentioned that I had to work in the morning and I would not be able to wait until first light, but that I would look all night if need be and some guys chewed me out.... either way, I gave it 2 hrs and went back and found him dead as a door knob. People have to work, Im a teacher, it's much harder for me to call in than most. I will look for a deer all night, but I will go to work the next day and not blow off my job for a deer.. now, I do take time off to go hunting twice a year, but that is planned in advance...way advance...but to say I can't go to my job or I 'll be an SOB and unethical... get real

But you have to make preparation and be aware that this can happen. There is no excuse for intentionally pushing a deer cause you don't have time. One needs to be prepared!
