I've never ran my bow through a chrony, have really no need to...
I'll say...I'm shooting a bow that is at least 15 years old, no longer made, 44 inch axle length and 32 inch 2413 arrows with 125s on the tip...
It's gotta be slow, but deer doen't duck the arrow so what does it matter...
If I wanted to shoot something that was 300fps and noisy...I'd shoot a cross bow...

Fast any day. I shot a 1993 High Country for 11 years that sounded like a 22 mag going off. I did not have one single deer jump at the noise, not until the arrow was already through them buried in the ground.
With speed I can shoot heavier arrows and have more KE/momentum.
