Aligning Broadheads with Vanes

RE: Aligning Broadheads with Vanes
It makes no difference how your broadheads are oriented to your fletchings. What matters is how your ferrule is oriented to the shaft and if the head is spinning true on the shaft itself.
That and a tuned bow.

RE: Aligning Broadheads with Vanes
I'm glad someone brought this up. I was concerned about it as well. But the 3 arrows I intend to shoot with a broad head have one broadhead lined up perfectly (pure coincidence) 1 about 15 degrees away from being perfectly aligned and the other 180 degrees from being perfectly aligned. All three hit the same mark I was shooting at from 20 yards. These were fixed head G5's. The only "problem" I noticed was since I have straight (non-helical) vanes and straight broad heads one of my arrow actually rotates slowly 360 degrees from the time I release it to the time it hits the target. I thought for a while it was an archer's paradox.
