I ordered the Saunders Hyperglide slide on MeanVs advice on my cable clearance issue with my Vectrix....it pulled em in a lot tighter and fixed the issue. Now I can still shoot cock vane up like Im used to with no clearance issues.

Im sure the Hicks will do the same thing for ya though.

Funny,I fight to keep my cables as close as possible to create the least amount of torque as possible on the short hunting bows(36" and under) and everyone is pulling their cables further out for clearance.[8D]

Yea but you are the tuning guru that has to have everything perfect...we just want our arrows to hit the target down there.

I'm having clearance issues with my QAD ultra rest too. It's not much, but there is contact with the rest. It was explained to me that, the rest bounces back up after falling. My rest does not touch the shelf after falling. It bounces back because the spring is too light. A guy I trust at my local pro shop showed me a slow motion video of this happening. We tried everything he could think of and still couldn't get 100% clearance. Not sure if this helps. Don't beat me up if this information isn't correct. It is the opinion of the pro shop employee. Anyone else heard of this with the ultra rest?
