RE: Camo
I like the looks of Ultimate Camo, and would like to give that a try especially for Spring turkey. I'm a big fan of ASAT 3d. I've been using it for 3 seasons now, and love it. It's not insulated, it's not waterproof, but it's very versatile, and I can layer (or not) as I wish throughout the season. It's great on the ground, and just as effective in the tree. It was once as popular as Enigma and Predator around these parts Problem is, the company has been having some issues, lately.

Ultimate Camo is the best new pattern I have seen put out for years. I said that the very first time I saw pictures of it. Now that I own some I can tell you that the pictures didn't do the pattern the justice it deserves. It is perfect for the type of hunting I do. Chris

Realtree hardwoods or AP have become my go to patterns as it fits most all of my hunting situations. I would like to give ASAT a try as well.
I really love the look of the ultimate camo but I do just as much natural ground blind hunting as I do treestand hunting and I fear it would look to much like a dark blob there. It really looks unbeatable if a deer is coming head on to you in your stand but what happens when a deer comes towards your stand from the side or behind, I fear it will really blob up and look like a dark mass on the side of a tree?
