I pretty much shoot all year, a couple time a week.. The past few weeks I've been shooting about every other day and maybe about 40 arrows each time. On the weekends I usually visit an indoor range.. Or sometimes mess with loads for my long guns...

Itry to shoot every day. It doesn't always work out though. The number of shots per session depends on a number of things. How much shooting light is left? Do I have to go in for dinner? And other things. If I'm not shooting well I'll quit and try again tomorrow. What bow also matters. I can go longer with the trad gear.

when i first got my bow i would get good groups my first 3 to 5 set of 6 arrows.

but around the 4th or so i would start to move around and my groups would open up so i stopped

Once my bow gets back from the shop, I plan on 60 arrows a day, everyday. Pulling a 50# bow is nothing anymore. After all the shooting I do pulling 85# is only a little tricky. I should start more unknown distance shooting. I also plan to hirea profesional archery trainer to teach me some tips. Im going to dive into 3-D shooting so I can justify the personal trainer.

I shot a few arrows thru my Compound last week for the first time since I killed a late season Doe in January! A couple of new friends I met at the range wanted to see me shoot a compound.....[8D]

everyday? ha. I'd like to shoot 2-3x a week year round, but that doesn't happen.

The last month I've shot a few times....that'll increase as season draws closer....get everything set/tuned up, then during season I may shoot a bit more but I usually only shoot a few more times during the season.
