arrow jumps when shooting

RE: arrow jumps when shooting
You're likely only dealing with a pinched nocking point.
When you draw your bow.....the pinched nock will cause your arrow to "bounce".
Is that what is occurring?
Have you switched arrow types, lately?

RE: arrow jumps when shooting
i was thinking the same as GMMAT...nock pinch.
i know when my loop knots are too close together it pinches the nock right before full draw how you say and lifts the arrow from the rest...adjust your loop/nocking points a couple hairs and youll likely be set...

RE: arrow jumps when shooting
Example....I set my Constitution up while I was shooting X-cutters with pin nocks. When I switched to turkey setup.....my gold tips did the same thing (bounced).
My nocking points were defined by serving.....so I removed one side of the serving and re-served it (making the nocking point area wider).
Problem solved.

OK tim...lol.
If it's NEVER been right.....it could STILL be what I'm describing. It would be really easy to test, also.
When you draw your bow back, slowly.......does your arrow lift up (at the rest) when you aregetting tofull draw.....and then kinda re-seat itself when you come to full draw (reseat itself on the rest)?
