golfers rangfinder

RE: golfers rangfinder
Well Not sure what you mean by a Golfers range-finder. I had originally bought my Bushnell for Golf and now use it for archery. IUse a Sky Caddie for golf now, Satelite GPS . You could concievably use a Sky caddie for target shooting but it would be useless in the field, under varying yardages.
The current line of Rifle, Archery, Golf..laser type, range finders, will all work across the board in most all sports where an unknown range needs found accurately.

Oh so you have one of those Monoculars that you center the flag in or something along those lines? Sorry, Don't know that, that will work. I wouldn't trust it for an 8 iron let alone an 8 point. I thought you were talking laser range finders.

That kind of golf rangefinder is very basic. My brother-in-law has one in his golf bag. It's a little cheezy but it works. You have to align the bottom of the flagstick to bottom line, and wherever the top of the flagstick lines up with the upper lines is the range.
