Looks like a shakey deal to me. Small cutting diameter. I really wouldn't skimp on a broadhead for deer. I'd use them on other forest critter like bunnies, squirrels, groundhogs etc.

Yeah I fell into that trap a time or two "to good to pass up" and too lousy to shoot at anything you care about. Sorry you wasted 18$.

Good for 'plinking' around, but wouldn't use them on deer!

I've shot a buck, 2 does and a coyote with them. 2 Blades broke off on the buck but he didn't go far. One bent blade on a doe and she didn't go far. No broke or bent blades on the other doe but all blades had chips out of them. She didn't go far. Couldn't find the arrow on the yote. He ran 80 yards and the farthest out of all of them.

I am looking forward to hunting with Slick Tricks this year. Don't ever plan on using the other broadheads again. While they did the job I was getting leary of them the more I used them. The pro shop owner was bragging them up and why I tried them. Weren't no $3 nor $6 nor even$12 dollars a pack either. [&:] They did fly nice though and they were sharp. I lost a bit of blood from one. []

In all honesty, those are some CHEAP BH's. Now the Titanium Sabre's I have are actually pretty good. I also have some of the Tri-Loc's I picked up for $4 a 3 pack, and those sonsobitches won't tune for nothing. The Titanium Sabre's fly right next to my ST's, but those other things are as bad as the old "Allen" broadheads.
