"IF" you were going to take these shots

RE: "IF" you were going to take these shots
I'll only feel better if you add "No Pins" because you asked what pin I'd use, I want to follow you're premise...it's not my thread
----------------------------------------------
Premise is compound bow.....pins set at 20, 30, 40 and 50 yds.
Shot #1 - 2 yds at a broadside target.
Shot #2 - ZERO yds at a deer, broadside, directly beneath you.
Which pin do you use (to hit your "spot")for each shot? Remember topick asmall "spot"
**Edit - If you choose to use (to aim with)the arrow, your riser, a curling iron welded to your riser, a boar's hair dangling from your site OR any other method.....and it works, for YOU.....you are fully aware of your own abilities.....you are NOT a dumbass.....and you are quite possibly the greatest thing since sliced bread.

If your 15' up a tree its impossible for a deer to be at zero yards, right?
How do you sight in your bow (again....assuming we're talking compounds)?

I actually do qualify as a dumbass on this thread because when I responded earlierI stated I brought my top pin to the target and since I only have 1 pin(adjustable sight) none of this really applied to me. I have always thought it important to know where your pins hit at different ranges though, like mine, I hunt with it set at 20 yards but have had to shoot deer closer and farther without being able to adjust.
On a side note at 2 yards I would probablyrecommend using athrowing knife to prevent pin confusion.

This really is not all that special.
It's a simple geometry lesson.
Get a ruler and a pencil and a piece of paper and draw the lines for yourself. Nothing earth-shattering here.

Right...... I would just reach out and shove the arrow thru his lungs! No pins needed!

If you can teach me geometry, THAT will be earth shattering.

Now that there is funny right there!!!
I still remember my Geometry teacher and the short skirts she wore (back in the 70s)....
