RE: mathews is lettin me down
Bob Jenkins with Mathews has always returned my emails asap. [email protected]
The only time I ever had a problem, I went directly to the factory/office. Walked out with 2 new limbs, new cable, and new string all with NO CHARGE. Their customer service is top notch in my book.

I e-mailed them once about the string length for my bow.The limb tag was faded and I could' nt read the numbers.John Dudley replied promptly with the info.As for warranty problems,if you have a good dealer HE should take care of you.My local mathews dealer has loaned bows to guys and or taken limbs, cams off in stock bows until replacement parts could arrive.

I am just getting back into bowhunting after a 15 year absent and bought a Mathews FX.I am sure I am going to have lots of questions for them(you guys also). Not to start a brand war but do you guys think I made a good choice fo a re-beginner?

Thats a great bow for a beginner or a vet. Pound for pound ...dollar for dollar its hard to beat......John is a great guy to deal with....The shop that I deal with takes good care and fast about any problems....And Mathews as too.
