I use an Alpine Soft-Loc 3 arrow quiver. Its easy to carry attached to the bow and quickly and quietly detaches when I get up the tree.
EDIT: I practice with it on and off the bow. I want to be familiar with how the bow shoots each way so I can be confident from the stand with the quiver off or with it on during a stalk.

And for those who say the added weight is just too much, I'd bet that 95% of you couldn't tell one way or the other if you were blind folded.

Now THERE'S a bet I would jump all over! How can you add roughly 2 lb's to your set up and not know it?? Ok, maybe 1.5........2 may have been a little high.
At full draw, I'd bet than 1# of weight would not be detected. Heck, at full draw I'd bet than 2#'s wouldn't be detectable by most!
