Ok my old ROSS with WC string and cables lasted 3 years with no serving seperation at all!!!
It barley streched either![Smile](https://www.huntingnet.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Now these G5 metro stings and cables are junk IMO. The serving has seperated faster than Dennis Rodman's marriage to Carmen Electra. The string has stretch 1/8th of inchalready[:@]

Who makes the best cable serving these days?
Who has the best strings for stretch?
Is the one company that is getting it done for both? I hear WC is not what they used to be, is that true?

Germ - aggressive single cams are VERY hard on cables, it's the nature of the cam design. The best serving material I know of for a super durable single cam cable is Halo. Most people get 1000ish shots off a standard cable on a Mathews Apex 7, I was getting 7-8000 with the cable/string combo I was using. For absolutley 0 stretch, any good stringmaker (there are lots of them) using good tools and 452X will be rock solid. In my opinion, you need a quality 452X string/cable with Halo serving on the bottom of that cable.
With this said, Gibblet is the only person I know that is using Halo on cables.
