I'm out of backstraps but I've still got a few steaks left and grilling sounds good. Supposed to clear up here today and grilled venison and a couple cold ones might just be on the menu. I just had some fresh grilled wild turkey breast the other day and I gotta say, it was pretty good!

Man. You all just have to rub it in don't ya!!![:@] I got skunked last year and ran out of venison before last season even started!!! Its been way too long since I had a good venison steak.
