How do you know if a broadhead is sharp enough?

I stretch a rubber band and and slide it passed it should cut it not slide it out of the way. the band is like connective tissue and veins. you want it to cut not slide past

It should catch on your thumb nail. Using little or no pressure, try and slide it side to side... if it catches.. it should be sharp enough... if it slides... no way I'm shooting it. Problem with undertakers is that there isn't really a good way to touch up those blades... most Rockets I've messed with have been lacking in the sharp department... and the Undertakers I checked out last week were woefully dull.
