Raceway most of my hunting areas are 45 min to 1 1/2 hours away from my house[&o].I have been trying to get a spot on my friends land which is about 20 min away but Its not looking good they have 4 guys already hunting it.
The rub in the picture is a spot I hunt in Trevor Wi.I have only seenhim once at about 80 yards heis huge to far away to try and score though.
Good luck with the friends property. The spot I hunt primarily has me, two father and son teams and another guy hunting it. What area is your friends property at?
That's very close to my house and there are some great deer in that area. Too bad you are helping out and getting the shaft, I have been there.

Here is a pic from this past late season, beans and standing corn behind me. Yes thats a deer trail coming directly past my stand!

The deer come out of the Cedar swamp on the right and go into the Corn field on the left, the deer trail goes in between those bushes and my stand! The bushes are at 30 yards!

Thanks, but you live in ILLINOIS !!!

I love my properties, but its only a matter of time until they are homes...They're closing in on us[:@]....

But, we make the best of it while we've got it.
Tine-Things are no better around where Mechdoc and I live. We are losing some of the greatest hunting property there is at an alarming rate. I lost another piece last year to a builder buying farmers land and saying no hunting. My honeyhole is for sale as well and it's a matter of time before I am looking for public land.
