A refreshing thread......
I have always wanted to hunt ferral hogs or boar or is there a difference?? Anyway, I have eaten boar and it was really good, I like the way I have seen some bow hunts and gun hunts for hogs, I want to hear some stories and see some pics of hogs. Big nasty, freakish long tusk, fat stinkin hogs!

Land,
The Ferrel hogs I believe are the more domestic looking hogs that you see at some of the fenced in hunts...Or at that fenced in hunt you will see some mix breeds....Usually spotted, white, Black & Brown.....
Either way...I would love to bust a big fat pig myself...
I killed one in 1988 with my recurve when I was little guy...and then another one in 1993..
Wild Boar - I believe a true russian boar is going to have a more tappered body and razor style back with real true tusks....and they are mean bashterssss!!....I corner 3 of them against a fench and had one charge me....I jumped 3 feet into a tree and the boar ran over my bow and broke my quiver....it was chaos....I may have a pics laying around if you want to see some...
Look at this sight! OMG!!!
HAHAHAHA.......call me and we'll take turns tossing carbon at this guy....gotta be fake..

heres a tip the bigger they are the crappier they are. stay within the 90-175 range.
