Default Hunting under the influence

I'm sure you all heard about the man that shot his son about 2 weeks ago while turkey hunting. yesterday I heard he had been charged with 2nd degree manslaughter and I was outraged to here he was hunting with alcohol and marijuana in his system, I think if you are hunting under the influence it should be attempted murder instantly and if you shoot some one murder.

What do you think

Hunting, is what I catch a buzz on, no need for artificial stimulus.

If what you have said is true, the guy should be procecuted to the fullest.

I'm very sad to here about things like this. I look at it 2 ways
1. Throw the book at this guy.
2. Whatgreater punishment can you give a guy that just killed his own son?

Additional time in a small cell so he can ponder how many other peoples lives he has caused such grief.

If its all true, the way you said, he shouldnt even go to trial...straight to the slammer for a very long for ever. There is no place in the woods for chemicals and fire arms. That realy sucks!!!

This story makes me ill. He should have done himself a favor and blown his own brains out at the scene because once it sets in (if it hasn't already) how could he live with himself. I've always said if some scumbag hurt or took mymy kids from meI would kill them no questions asked, if I were the scumbag I would keep my word. That's what this tool should do.

That sums it up real good. Anyone that would expose their kids to that kind of stuff qualifies for the "bottom of the barrel" classification

And while I'm not a parent - this is exactly what my thinking was. Firing squad is not out of the question IMO
