I've had nothing but great service from there. I will keep ordering from them.
+1 and I have ordered multiple times and spent a bit more than $250 .

They said they would take it back, check it and, if you didn'tuse it (hunt with it 8 or 9 times and then decide you don't want it), they would refund your money. What more do you want?
Well I told them I didn't use it all and they must have believed me or something. All I did was put in arrow with a rage in the quiver and it was sticking halfway out so I want to return it. They put me on hold to see if I could return it or not. What a joke. I should be able to return it if I don't like it.

Also, they said they would only give me store credit if it was returnable. I want my money back because I want a different quiver they don't carry.

Not used. I put an arrow in it to test it out and I didn't like it and took the arrow back out right away. I didn't even put the quiver on my bow yet. It isn't used.

Why wouldn't you wait and let this play out before determining they jerks and nobody should buy from them? You accuse them of jumping to conclusions about you, yet you are doing the same with them.

Because I am a honest person and I wouldn't lie about this. If I said I didn't use it I didn't use it. That's the final answer.

I am sure you are but how many timesshould a business get burned by others that are less than honest before they make everyone, even the honest folks, jump through the same hoops?

Just ask any of the guys here that work at pro shops how many times customers try to put one over on them and get something for nothing.

Yeah I year you. I guess I am just a little upset about how they handeled it. I am an honest person and I even asked them if they could get the quiver they don't carry and I would order it from them. I just think it's unsafe to have my broadheads sticking out of my quiver.

Understandable. Let us know how it does turn out though, good or bad. I would still be interested in the outcome. Good luck.
