Default Let's talk turkey

Since we're a bowhunting forum I don't feel guilty about asking this. With so many threads about turkey hunting around this time, I was wondering how many are actually using their bows as opposed to shotgun? This isn't intended to put anyone on the spot, as there is no "correct" answer, just a simple question out of curiosity.

I had 4 mornings to get it done, I took the Longbow for 2 days and my Remington 1100 for 2 days! I killed my bird at 10 yards, no blind with the shotgun on my last morning to hunt! I have a tag for Michigan and will have much longer to hunt so it will be the Longbow all the way!

I'm using both. I hunt a tract that the landowner only lets me hunt with my bow. Everywhere else I hunt with my shotgun. I actually killed my first archery turkey on April 24th because of the landowner's rules. I went this morning and had two jakes come into my decoys but because I only have one tag left I just played around with them.
