    I've spent alot of time hunting bears but I still cant seem to judge weight very well. I'm gonna just guess 400+. He's certainly a doozy. get on 'em!!

    I would say between 475 and 520......I see lots of bears here in NJ, with no hunting season and lots of food they grow big and fast

    A close friend shot a 400 pound bear this fall and the body size of the bear in your photograph looks bigger.Obviously a huge spring bear!

    I have a friend (god rest his sole - 42 years old) that got a 327 lb. (dressed) two years ago, 6 months before he passed away, that looks to be close to that one,
    so around 400lbs...
