IT doesnt wrapped my dogs rabbit fur toy in my sent lok vest yesterday well he was outside went right for it tore it open got the toy looked like he new what he was after that stuff is a hoax oh it is bought last season and i put it in the drier for the test

To answer the question specifically from my perspective, no, I dont think they are "needed". Im not saying it doesnt work, or whatever, but I think we allknow allot of people that regularly kill lots of deer hunting the wind and taking the extra time to properly reduce your scent using wash and spray, and keeping your clothes as scent free as possible.

I'll substite "needed" with "personaly rely".
I've had deer within 4 yards of me with not so favorable winds and never knew I was there, so I rely on it.
Heck you can hunt with a fig leave if you want. Do you need a fig leave?

The way I look at it is, that "if" it does work why not use it. It isn't going to hurt. It definitely isn't "needed" but if it does give me a little bit more of an advantage, I'll take it. Kind of like Rage Broadhead's.
