Default how do you shoot you bow

how do you shoot your bow??? i am trying to learn backtension but i was just wondering what other people do. i have been blind bale shooting for about 2 weeks now, and the question just popped in my head.

I'm starting to shoot back tension. But every once and a while i cheat (by accident of course). But don't tell anyone!

i think i have cheated, but not on purpose though, i am still blind bale shooting, i think i will stop this coming week somtime cause it will almost be 3 weeks then.

Don't stop blank baleing because it has been so many weeks. Stop when you don't have to think about it anymore.

Well do both! You can start shooting at a target but make sure that you don't fall back into target panic and if you do go back to the bale, And also shoot a few rounds blind bale then go to the target so you still know how you were executing the shot with your eyes closed.

If you are having issues with target panic you may want to email JKIDD on the tradgang.com forum. He is a sports psycologist and great with target panic. You need shot control when the pin is on the target. Personally I found blank bale shooting a waste of time. Check him out.
