Just follow the words of Theodore Roosevelt "Let us speak courteously, deal fairly, and keep ourselves armed and ready."

give the horses away. Any of his stands on your prop cut him down put up trail cameras around the fence. To get him cuaght cutting your fence. I have arrested and sue for damages or sale the horses for repairs. Just make sure when going out to have a pistola on ya not to start anything but some people are crazy.

You should have called the proper authority when you first saw those horses on your property. That way you could have had proof of what's going on. This guy sounds like a real smacked a$$![:'(]

You would have been better off letting the law handle it from the beginning. Those type things can get pretty nasty. You know what they say about stirring crapWhat he is doing is wrong but believe me every time you do something to retaliate will only make things worse.
