What Stage Hunter Are You?

RE: What Stage Hunter Are You?
I thought long and hard and the best I can come up with is I'm between stage 2--3 (its according to which stand I'm in--stands set up in dog hunt area-I'm a 2---stands on some private property I get to hunt I lean more to stage 3)
I've been stage 4 for a few years esp. since the back injury--As for stage 5--I just recently considered myself to have killed many deer-but the sharing and introducing others to the sport that started while young and inviting other boys to go with me and dad on fishing and hunting trips-right into inviting co-workers and church folks---
Sorry for being longwinded but I have always been a multi-tasker at work so why not the same for the outdoors??

I'm a 4.5. I have been enjoying mentoring to a couple of yuppies and #4 most describes my way of thinking. Can we write what stage we think some of our fellow HNI no it all's are???

I have read this before. I don't agree with his progression. Can you be a 4 or 5 and still trophy hunt? I think you can. He makes it sound like you can't. With out getting real deep into this I will just say I'm 3-4-5 all rolled into one.

I'm kind of a combination of 2-5 LOL. I like to shoot a lot of deer, I am selective in the bucks I shoot, but not necessarily only concerned with antler, I am an extreme student of deer behavior, and have always looked for ways to be involved in stewardship.
I guess I am a version 2.34.5.

Agreed....and wonder why we feel the need to "label" our hunting. It's personal. It needs no label.....nordoes it fit into any cookie cutter definition/stage.

Kind of like all the monotonous broad head or bow questions that are virtually the same.
Sorry but I liked the post!
The ones I don't like, I don't post on.
