Congrats on a nice bird honeysuckle. Now, I know I read somewhere that you guys were planning on NOT using a blind. Was this the case for this bird?

You wont find us using ANY type of pop up blind...
We set up near the roost and caught the whole group in thier strut zone. Finally a couple goblers were interested enough in the decoys and came in and gave us a shot.
Oh yeah, another one down this morning

Another bird down, no blind and this guy has over 1.5" spurs! Shawn and I were covered in birds this AM and got out of there with one of the most mature birds in the group. Gotta love Kansas, S.2 is off to a great start! - Jeff
