Patriot DC Numbers
HI everyone,
I finally got my Patriot DC the other day! It' s a great shooting bow. I don' t have access to a chrono just yet and was wondering if anyone could tell me the numbers I should expect.
28in. Draw
70lbs.
easton epic at approx. 385gr. total weight.
I have nothing on the string but a string loop and the factory string silencers.
also, how many of you have taken off the string silencers that come with the bow and replaced them with string leeches or something else? Is this a wise thing to do? how many fps would I pick up from doing this? Also, have you replaced the vibra blocks with limbsavers? Did you take off the vibrablocks, or leave them on along with the limb savers? Thanks guys for all your input!

RE: Patriot DC Numbers
I moved the vibra blocks down to the limb pockets and put on limb savers.
Also the hush puppies came off so I put on cats whiskers cut to about the size of 1/2 dollars pushed right up to the shrink tubing.
Cant comment on your speed as mine is a 60#er @ 28"
I am getting 275fps with a 385gr arrow and 288fps with a 345 gr arrow.
Oh I forgot 283 with a 353gr arrow
