Default I am seeing a trend this year

Lease Prices seem to be going down? I have check into a few and after seeingthe prices I was shocked.

Anybody else see this or am I nuts

I imagine it depends on area and the demand. You could buy ground in parts of NE. for what some ground leases for in IL.

I think you'll see it happen.. I don't know about much decline.. but they'll start to stay at a set price for a few years with little or no incline.

The working man is gettin' tight with money. Got to pinch and cut some things out.. some outfitters have already closed their doors I heard (smaller ones) I think this trend will continue until the economy bounces back.. its just the natural state of things.

It'll get better again.. it always does.

I know they aren't going down here in Texas, they are going up, to the point to hunt good ground you have to give up a arm or a leg. It is getting crazy here.....Too commercialized, I guess.....As said before Demand...

well if this recession is true, that would be the expected pattern....now if I could just get land for $1000/acre again, I'd be set, oh and had about a million in the bank or financed......i really need a 1000 acres.
