Did you ever try setting the rest a little abovethe shelf so there is no way it makes contact with the shelf? I'm just wondering b/c that is how mine is set-up and it seems to work fine. No need for the foam.

Forgot to mention...I do have two layers of moleskin on the shelf in case the arrow falls off but I don't have to worry about the rest prongs hitting the bow.
I found out the hard way, myself. Scratched the hell out of the shelf of my Trykon setting the rest up. [&:]

Good thing it was MY bow. Now I have the prongs sitting slightly above the shelf at rest.

I prefer to center the arrow on the rest hole. I would put the foam on the shelf anyway. I have set several bows up as pictured and never have had any kind of clearance or tuning issues. I do believethecloser the arrow is to your hand the more forgiving the setup is. I need all the Help I can get!Works Great!!

Gottcha. Do you have the set screw tightened on the rest cord or is the loop that is served the only thing holding the rest in the down position?

I am convince now after trying three capture rest, the only one that will work with blazers is the WB

If Rob, Greg, and meanv are giving this rest(limb driver) the thumbs up, well its might be time to get one.

Rob has NEVER steered me wrong I like to give him hell because he had a mullet, and shoots funny looking bucks, but he KNOWS his archery
