I think we are throwing ina DVD with the fieldstaff membership package. So for $25 you get a hat, DVD, window sticker, 6 issues of QDMA mag. and entered into the drawing to win the bow.

No, you dont have to sign up for the drawing. All fieldstaff members are entered into the drawing automatically (except Dan).
