RE: D-Loop Advice for 82nd Airborne owners
In any case, unless the issue starts springing up with a good portion of the 82nds on the market, it isn't Bowtech's responsibility to inform its customer base/dealers.

I don't know if its awesome loops or if maybe we got a better quality camo d-loop material?
On another note Jeff, its pretty neat to tie on your own string loop isn't it?

I would recommend not waxing the loop and especially not waxing your serving prior to tieing a loop.
It works almost like lubrication having a waxed loop on top of a waxed string........ Just this guys opinion though.

I always used the camo allen loop material and I've never had an issue with the loop spinning. Zero problems so far with the cheap Allen loop material in two years of using it.
Then again, my bow isn't as fast as your 82nd.

I've also used string wax (at the advice of a well respected board member who does so on many bow related items) as a means of making sure a screw-in item doesn't work itself loose.
I also read the D-loop waxing advice on another site. If it's poor advice.....there's a lot of people out there giving it.

Heck if you can add in a nice hot sunny NC day and let me know what happens to the wax
All I am saying isthat I have read a lot of what in my opinion isbad advice here over the years. That's why they are called opinions, not facts.....
