Default Cabela's Microtec clothing

Is it that good or they just don't keep enough in stock? I've been waiting on it to go on sale, so far not. Almost every other line in their hunting clothing section has been or currently is on sale but not the Microtec line and that is what I want. Insulated jacket and insulated pants for cold weather because I layer and don't want thick stuff. Too bad they don't give us more choices in it though. I would really like to see it in Advantage Max-1, and Predator but will get it in Realtree AP.

I appreciate it Germ. From what I gather its quality stuff at a decent price, at least that is what most of their customer reviews indicate.

While you are at it, tell your buddy I need a special code for a discount.........LMAO! Oh yeah, tell him Cabelas is losing money by not accepting Paypal too.

Microtex is a great material.I have a pair of pants that are uninsulated from Cabela's. I had an uninsulated jacket,I didn't like the cuff's on the jacket, they were elastic and to tight. If I were to get another jacket I would have a seamstress cut the cuff and put a piece of material in there that had it be less restrictive. The pants are light, warm for their weight and dry pretty quickly.

I freeking love that stuff. It's just about all I wear all fall. Bowhunting, pheasant, duck, grouse. I have an OLD microtex shirt in Predator camo. Must be 10 years old by now. I wore it lots when I was doing stucco, and besides having a button tore off, its still in great shape. All the newer stuff I have looks like its brand new after a couple hard seasons. And my favorite part is that its almost mosquito proof for those early season sits!
