Good for you man. It's cool when things work out!! I done the same thing on the eastern shore of maryland a few years back. A really nice old widow woman gave me permission to hunt 100 acres of prime land.

Thats sweet. But if he gave you permission so willingly what makes you so sure come opening day there aren't 5 other guys pulling up with you? You know whats up so I'm sure you discussed this with him. But if you didn't................................?
