RE: I want to hear from everyone!
I was stuck in the middle on the two when I was picking my very first bow. I Loved the way the Katera felt and then shot the DXT and I was REALLY confused. It felt compact, smooth and **** really good...FOR ME! I ended up going with the Katera because like a few of the guys have said on here. It may be a little more forgiving especially on a new shooter like me. But as with everthing else....practice practice practive....S***W IT! BUY BOTH OF THEM!!!!!

I said other cause i like the bear instinct, but this is my second bow, and i dont have money like other people have, although it was a 400 dollar bow so it isnt the cheapest, i think its a good balance of price and quality.

I can't really say for the Hoyt but I chose Bowtech/Diamond because of the feel of the grip and the great support of the thumb rest and balance. It was a no brainer at that point. Matthews ain't bad though, just a little too pricey and too heavily advertised, IMO.
