you should try traditional archery, back to the basics, true bowhunting - you'd really get a kick out of it if your compound gives you that kind of warm fuzzy

That needs to be carved into an old barn board and proudly displaid on every bow hunters wall. Not to mention send that to Cabellas or Gander Mountain, you could really be on to something with that. Great Stuff..

Great read.....great read indeed!

And like mentioned previously, I am going to save this for safe keeping and attach your name at the bottom to proudly be displayed on my archery workbench!

Awesome way with the words.

God Bless.

Wow!
Great Sunday morning read.
"only a hunter could truly understand" I think thisshould be every hunter's creed. At first I thought you were going to speakof a buck on your wall.I think everyone can relate to the moments you've described;brilliant!
Your work is directed towards the archer ,but if slightly modified it could reach ALL hunters. Please don't take this wrong,I was deeply movedby your essay.I just think it shouldbe readby every hunter (firearm or archer).
Nice work Thanks INDY HUNTER (originally from MI."GO BLUE")

That deserves to be in a magazine. I would send that in to Field and Stream. Not for the money you would receive but for the simple reason this is something every hunter needs to read. You truely have a gift!
