Thats looks really good GMMAT congrats on a great deer. I really like the posture of the mount the one thats in our house is in full sneak.

Nice looking mount Jeff! That's one of the first head downs I've actually seen that wasn't just a form I think? Maybe Rob has one too?

Anyway I think we should have a pinned thread at the top for all the contest bucks and the mounts as they come back.
We could have a before and after picture in each person's reply to complete the circle that started many months ago?

Maybe even a best mount contest? I was think about this as my taxidermist gets ready for mine and Frank's antlers as well. They will start trickling in all winter and spring and it would be neat to see them all in one place and how people chose to immortalize them.

That's a neat idea Matt.. the problem for some of us might be getting our mounts back in time. For some of us Northern Illinois boys' we won't see our mounts for 12-18 months..[:@]!!

Ooops I forgot that!

Ok maybe just a members contest or thread.........any bucks can be in. I'd still like ot be able to see them all in one place. Field picture followed by the mount pic. 07' bucks only.

I love seeing all the different poses and styles and how they compliment (Or don't) the actual animal.
Yours definitely does.........the mount just says "Bull".

I really appreciate everyone complimenting the buck......and the taxidermist. That's what these things are ALL about.

Truly appreciate it.......he was a great animal.
