ingress/egress

just b/c they have "quit" mining it doesn't mean that they won't come back if they still have the rights.

they do that kinda thing everyday around here. They will mine the rocks...then years later they will come back and do the sand.

sounds like alot of my area, old strip mines, strip pits and such, it is good hunting terrain.

ok i was looking at a ad for land up for auction they do it alot around here

I think it was mine land since it has small pit ponds and does not have any mineral rights.
The area has some swamps and water areas. but from the pictures it looks good

on the ad it has each tract size and what it is
a few says some woods or alot of woods and some ingress/egress on a area of the land

What does ingress/egress mean when your talking about land

yeap there is two parks one a hunting only area and a state park that has some 400 pits some a few acres some 100s i have seen alot of deer and think this is a great i just hope i can find a place with the rights but i doubt it
