Vabow~~~ How would anyone ever know what size arrow you are shooting if say the limbs do decide to blow apart?? If this would happen I would take my bow along with a set of heavy arrows to the shop with me and say I dont know what happened ???

I am sure I wouldnt be the only one to do this??
I don't think I'd ever want my bow to blow up in my face to begin with

These are the arrows he gave me to shoot with the bow, the only thing I changed was the tip, I went from a 100 gr to a 90 gr, which he told me was fine.. Im just a little concerned after reading a few posts on here about correct arrow weight. How can I weigh these arrows and what is the right weight for 73# pull??

You could shoot anything from 365gr or so "up" and likely be fine.

What I'd worry about is the arrow spine. I'm not sure....but I think you might be underspined.

VA I have NO IDEA of your knowledge when it comes to the technical aspects of bowhunting. I've found for myself that a little too much spine is better than the alternative. A heavier arrow is better than the alternative.

My hunting arrow is both overspined and heavy. For the shots I shoot, though....I don't find these things to be a detriment.

VA, don't you work at a school? Check in the Science area, there must be a scale there you can weight the arrow on. See how many grams it weighs and let me know. I can do a conversion to grains and get very close.

For $20 this scale works great for me...no guessing
