Bought a "Hogg It" 5 pin today with wrap around....good choice? I hope the third axis is worth the $$$. Oh yeah, .19 pins, larger diameter.

How about a single pin slider? That's the best overall option IMO.

When you hunt, set it at 25 yards and you're good from 0 to 30 without moving it. I never move my single pin while hunting. I just limit my shots to 30 yards. It's so nice to not have to think about which pin to use. The only decision is - Is it less than 30 yards? If so, put the pin in the middle of the chest and let it rip. There's nothing to screw up this way.

But for long range practice, I haveuse a sighttape that lets me dial in any yardage out to 75 yards to the EXACT yardage with . And you can't beat a single vertical pin for field of view.

I bought it for 3-D and hunting. Don't want just one pin. Thanks for input though. I was just wondering if anyone has one and can give me feedback.

I think it all depends on how comfortable you are shooting at long distances. I have a 4 pin sight with pins set at 20, 30, 40 and 50 yards. i will never take a shot further than that, so therefore didn't think i needed anymore pins.
