I rarely do, but when it gets down to 20-25 degrees I do..I am really hard on the boots I use so the soles are usually torn and heat escapes...so thats why I wear them. That is my story and I am sticking to it!

These are awesome, one of the great items that actually work. Take in your backpack in frigid weather, and once in your treestand, remove your hunting boots, slip your feet into these with hand or foot warmers, and your feet are warm. Place your boots back into the backpack. They WILL not work as well if you leave your boots on.

Supposedly it takes all the human odor out of the air like if you were hunting out of a blind or something.
