She's so photogenic! (another 82nd thread).
Okay as requested and promised. I got her set up tonight.
Here's how she's decked out.
Sights, I added a Viper Predator Pro-MT (microtune) 4 pin sight. 2 .019 pins, green, yellow (20,30) and two .010 pins, red and green (40,50).
Rest, on went a Vaportrails Limbdriver. Added felt to the riser shelf.
Peep, G5 Meta peep, 1/4".
Stabilizer, Doinker
Loop, green from Redhdcharm http://www.huntingnet.com/forum/tm.aspx?m=2471478&mpage=1&key=
Wrist strap, typical.
I guess that's all the add ons.
Again, out of the box, the birth cert. said, IBO 337 @ 70lbs. I shot my hunting arrow, an ACC weighing in at 381 grains, (my Ally shoots it 305 fps) The 82nd chrono'd it at 327 fps.
I changed mods to a 28.5" draw backed her down to 62 lbs and she spit the ACC out at 309 fps. That's 4 fps faster than my Ally at 70lbs. (same draw). I removed the 100 grain head and screwed in 65 grain heads bringing my arrow to 346 grains. The 82nd then spit them out at 320 fps. WOW.
The invelvet finish is amazing. That's the first thing I noticed when I pulled her out of the box. My wife even commented on that. I've never felt a bow like her. (I won't pretend to write it up like Greg's. That was great).
Stepping back to 10 yards to see where the sights came in, a little tweaking and I had her ready to step back. In my basement I can get 17 yards, In minutes I was stacking arrows to a point I couldn't shoot groups in fear of busting ACC's. (too expensive).
I missed a bow like this. For over 10 years prior to buying my Allegiance I only ever owned a 36" ATA bow. The Ally was the shortest bow I ever owned, then the General etc.. I was excited about another 36" bow and now I remember why.
She held rock solid and the sight floated true to my target. I'm very, very excited about how this bow performs. As great a bow as the General is, I think it's taken a back seat to my 82nd. I went ahead and threw on my Toxonic and Boss scope on the General along with a 12" Super Stick.

Looking good. Custom strings? Are you making them now? I need a new set...you interested? Hijack off...I want to see some of these 17yd indoor range shots! I'm jealous. I can barely get 10yds at my house.
