Remember cast magnesium (sp?) risers?I miss some of the simplicity of the good old days where you just went out and hunted. On the other hand, I like the fact that when I climb a tree now I'm not in realistic peril, I can stay warm and still move, I know more about deer now then I could have dreamed of knowing 20 years ago, and that I have a realistic chance at shooting a buck in PA that I only used to see in magazines.
Some modern things are pretty darn good.
