Rob., I am litterally challenged I guess. What is WI'ns?

Good luck to you and if it don't work out come on down and you can hunt with me a couple of days. I plan on taking vacation around the 2nd week of Nov.

You will have to check but I think the first draw goes to residents then daily drawings can be drawn for non-residents.. Tag is a couple hundred bucks..

I know some public lands in SW IL where I live but I don't go there much. Seems like they are just filled with people, but check the IL regs and it tells you public grounds and draw dates etc...
