I would like to see a pic of yours when your done. I have done some walls made of old barn wood they look nice. I like the idea of a stone floor easy for clean up.

Here is mine... Not really a man cave but my room at the parents house. Just white walls but I think they make the heads stand out. I really like the rooms with the wood trim, can't wait to get my own place and do my own thing. Keep the good ideas coming!
